Well Blogger was down yesterday so I couldn't report on my run. Yesterday I ran 6 miles. I can't run it all the way through. I ran 3 miles and then walked and then ran a mile and walked and so on till I made it to 6. It was awfully muggy as it had just rained. Today I am off and I am enjoying it. Back to the grind tomorrow.

I took the dog I found to the vet today and he had a microchip. Turns out he lives diagonally across the street from me. Lulu is sad that her companion is gone. She needs a buddy. Maybe sometime in the future she will have one.
